• Booking details: the tour, date, time and the number and type of guests.
• Your billing address, card details and payment status, so we can take the payment you authorized.
• Messages and requests you send through the contact form, the chat or email.
• Basic technical information your browser sends, such as device type and the pages you request.

• To make your booking with the tour operator and send your confirmation and tickets.
• To contact you about your booking, for example a change of time or a weather cancellation.
• To handle refunds, cancellations and support requests.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations and to prevent fraud and misuse of the website.
• To keep the website working and secure.

We do not sell your personal information.

• The tour operator running your experience, so they can run it and reach you if needed.
• Our payment and email providers, who take payment and deliver booking emails for us.

You enter your card details on our checkout page. They travel over an encrypted connection and are used only to take the payment you authorized and to complete your booking. Access is limited to the people who need it for that purpose and the details are kept only as long as that requires. Please never send a full card number or security code by email or chat.

To keep your booking selection while you check out, the website stores it in your browser. The support chat may also keep a small identifier in your browser so a conversation can continue. If we add analytics or advertising cookies in the future, we will say so on this page.

We keep booking records for as long as we need them for the purposes above and for our legal and accounting obligations, and then delete them.

This website is for adults booking tours. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Names and ages of children travelling with you are used only to arrange the booking.
