Sacramento Tours is an independent online booking service operated by TicketsFinder Inc. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or operated by any individual tour operator listed on this website. Experiences are run by independent local operators.

• Use the website lawfully and for your own bookings.
• Give accurate contact, guest and payment details, and keep your booking reference safe.
• Do not interfere with the website, try to gain unauthorised access, misuse the booking forms or copy substantial parts of its content without permission.
• We may refuse or cancel a booking that we reasonably believe is fraudulent, automated or abusive.

We list experiences, take your booking and payment, and arrange your tickets with the operator. The operator is responsible for running the experience, including its schedule, guides, equipment, safety and decisions on the day.

• Prices are in US dollars. The price for each guest type and the total are shown before you pay.
• Optional extras such as Ticket Assurance are shown separately and only added if you choose them.
• By completing checkout you authorize us to charge the total shown to your card.
• If a price on the website is wrong, we may correct it and let you either continue at the right price or cancel for a full refund.

• After payment you receive a confirmation email, and your tickets follow once the operator issues them.
• Check your booking details carefully and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
• You can look up, resend or request a change to a booking in Manage Booking with your booking reference and email.
• If a departure becomes unavailable after you book, we will offer another date or time, or a full refund.

• Choose the right number of adults, seniors and children. Age rules are shown on each tour page.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult.
• Tell us before the tour about any mobility, access or other needs so the operator can be informed. Not every experience suits every guest.

• The meeting point and departure time are shown on the tour page and in your confirmation.
• Arrive at the meeting point at the time given. Guests who arrive after the tour has left are not refunded.
• The operator may adjust a timing or route for safety or operational reasons. We will email you about any change we are told of.

With Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour. Without Ticket Assurance, Cancellation up to 48 hours in advance. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy page has the full details, including what happens if an operator cancels.

Ticket Assurance is optional and costs $5.95 per ticket. It must be added at checkout. It lets you cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour and be refunded. The fee itself is not refundable.

• Follow the instructions of your guide or crew at all times and respect other guests and the places you visit.
• The operator may refuse, delay or change an experience for safety or weather reasons.
• Routes, stops and timings can change on the day.

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of tour operators, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have by law.

The text, photos, logos and design on this website belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own booking, but you may not copy or republish them without permission.

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you book apply to that booking.
