Experience the excitement of flight at iFLY Sacramento in a state-of-the-art indoor skydiving simulator. Before entering the wind tunnel, professional instructors provide one-on-one guidance and teach you how to use different body positions to control your movement in the air. Your experience includes complimentary flight gear, and the wind tunnel creates powerful airflow of up to 185 mph, giving you the sensation of freefall in a controlled environment.
The actual flight lasts for approximately two minutes, offering a longer freefall experience than many traditional tandem jumps. Designed for a wide range of ages and experience levels, indoor skydiving can be enjoyed by children, teens, adults, and experienced skydivers alike. With advanced technology, professional supervision, and a spacious staging area that can accommodate multiple flyers, iFLY Sacramento delivers a thrilling and memorable way to experience the feeling of skydiving without jumping from an airplane.

- Guests weighing between 260 and 300 lbs may require an additional assessment by iFLY staff at check-in to confirm eligibility and any applicable restrictions.
- Guests weighing more than 300 lbs are not permitted to fly.
- Pregnant guests should not participate.
- Participants wearing a hard cast or a non-removable hard prosthetic are not allowed to fly.
- Guests with current or previous head, neck, back, or shoulder injuries, heart conditions, or other health concerns that could affect physical activity should not participate.
- iFLY advises guests with a history of shoulder dislocation not to fly.
- Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled reservation to allow enough time for check-in, as the experience begins promptly.
